Using this website

These terms describe permitted use of the Everdream Group LLC website and its design tools. Please use the site only for lawful purposes and only on behalf of an organization if you are authorized to do so. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the design tools.

The site is intended for adults planning gifts. It currently offers information, product concepts, and a way to prepare a local brief. It has no online checkout or automatic inquiry submission.

Previews and planning estimates

Product images and customizer outputs are rendered concepts. They are not photographs of manufactured samples, production drawings, color proofs, or guarantees of material, size, finish, print placement, food specifications, or availability. Screen colors and the appearance of uploaded artwork may differ from a physical item.

Prices, package minimums, and calculated totals on the site are illustrative planning assumptions, not binding offers. Shipping and tax are excluded unless expressly stated. Timing, specifications, sample charges, and the full project price must be confirmed separately in a written quotation.

No order is placed here

Preparing, downloading, printing, or emailing a brief does not place an order, reserve inventory, confirm a delivery date, or create a production commitment. A brief reference is a personal planning reference, not an order number. We will not charge you through this site.

Any future purchase requires separately agreed terms, including scope, proof or sample approval, payment, delivery, changes, cancellations, returns, and remedies. See ordering and delivery. These website terms do not replace an executed agreement or reduce rights you have under applicable law.

Your artwork and content

You retain rights in the logos, messages, and other materials you provide. Use only content you own or have permission to use, and obtain permission for other people’s personal information. Do not use content that infringes rights, is unlawful, or is malicious.

Selecting a logo in the browser allows the tool to display it in your preview; it does not upload it to us or grant us a marketing license. If you choose to send us artwork in an inquiry, you permit us to use it to evaluate and respond to that inquiry. Production use requires the agreed project scope.

Fictional brand examples on the site illustrate customization and do not imply a customer relationship or endorsement.

Our materials and acceptable use

Everdream’s branding, website design, original artwork, and other materials are owned by Everdream or used with permission, subject to third-party rights. You may use the site and download your configured previews to evaluate or discuss a gifting project. Do not misrepresent a preview as a manufactured sample or claim ownership of Everdream’s branding.

Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access, introduce malicious files, interfere with site operation, or use the site to violate another person’s rights. Access may be limited to protect the site and its visitors.

Availability and responsibility

We aim to keep information useful and accurate, but the website and its concept tools are provided as available. They may contain errors or become unavailable. Save any designs you want to keep; browser storage and downloads are your responsibility.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free website operation or that a rendered concept will meet a particular production requirement. We are not responsible for loss caused solely by a device failure, browser storage removal, or a third-party service outside our control. Nothing here excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Privacy and external services

Our privacy policy explains local design storage, technical visit information, and inquiries. Email links use your email service. External services are subject to their own terms and practices.

Updates and questions
