FROM IDEA TO GIFT

Thoughtful, at every step.

Use the website to explore a concept. A real project begins with a conversation and a written scope.

Start with a design

Explore the Matcha Ritual Set, choose a package, and personalize the preview. The tools show an example gift and illustrative pricing. Availability, minimum quantities, materials, matcha specifications, and packaging details need confirmation before ordering.

Design your gift, then prepare and download a brief. The brief stays on your device until you choose to share it. The website does not submit it or take payment.

Confirm the scope and price

Contact us with your approximate quantity, occasion, preferred timing, customization needs, and general delivery destination. A written quotation should specify the agreed contents, product specifications, pricing, shipping, taxes, any sample or setup charges, payment schedule, and validity period. No displayed estimate is a confirmed quote.

Review artwork and samples

Digital previews show a direction; physical materials and printing can look different. Sample availability, costs, artwork requirements, proof approval, and any revision process will be agreed for the project. Confirm final spelling, names, artwork permissions, materials, and production details before approval.

Agree on delivery

Lead times and shipping destinations are confirmed for each project. A requested date is not a delivery promise. Multi-address gifting may be available by separate arrangement; quantities, destinations, packaging, carrier options, and customs requirements can affect cost and timing.

Do not enter individual recipient addresses in the website planner or send a full address list in an initial email. A suitable process for recipient details should be agreed before any fulfillment work begins.

Changes, cancellations and returns

The website currently accepts no purchases, so there are no website orders to cancel or return. Cancellation, changes after approval, returns, refunds, damaged or incorrect goods, and any custom-product restrictions must be set out in the written project terms before payment or production.

We do not apply a blanket “all sales final” rule through this website. Nothing on this page limits rights you have under applicable law. For an existing separately agreed project, refer to that agreement and contact us with your concern.
