Planning your gift
Can we add our company logo?
Yes. Preview your logo and colors on the sleeve and matcha label, plus a branded card. Final artwork and production options are confirmed by quote.
Can each recipient receive a different message?
Individual names and notes can be included in a quoted project. The customizer shows one example recipient.
What is the minimum order?
The planner illustrates 12 Signature sets, 25 Company branded sets and 100 Bespoke sets. Final minimums depend on the selected production options.
When will our gifts arrive?
Timing depends on quantity, customization, sample approval and delivery locations. Your requested date is reviewed before an order is confirmed.
Can you deliver to multiple addresses?
Individual delivery can be included in your quote. Shipping is estimated separately.
Can we see a sample?
Sample details and any sample charges are confirmed during quotation, before production.
Using the website
Can I place an order on the website?
Not yet. You can explore a concept, see illustrative planning estimates, and prepare a brief. The website does not accept orders or payment. Final specifications, pricing, availability, and project terms must be agreed separately.
Does the website send my brief to Everdream?
No. Preparing a brief keeps it in your current page session. Download or print it to keep a copy, or choose to share it with us by email. Opening an email link does not send a message or attach your files automatically.
Are these photographs of finished products?
The images are studio renders of product concepts. Custom colors and artwork are composited into those views. They help communicate a direction; they are not manufactured samples or final color proofs.
What happens to my logo and saved design?
Your logo is processed in this browser and is not uploaded by the website. Design text and settings can be saved on this device, but the logo itself is not saved in browser storage. You can clear saved designs on the privacy page.
Can I share a link to my design?
A local concept URL only refers to the design saved in your browser. To share a design, export its concept file or download a mockup. Include a logo in the concept file only if you intend to share it.
