Everdream Group LLC operates this website from Jersey City, New Jersey. This policy covers this website and inquiries you choose to email us. The site lets you explore gifting concepts and prepare a brief; it does not create an account, submit an order, take payment, or send the brief to us automatically.

Designs and files on your device

The customizer and concept studio save design settings in your browser’s local storage. These can include your company name, greeting, example recipient name, message, sender, colors, quantities, and selected extras. A flag records whether a logo was used; the logo image itself is not saved in local storage.

Logos you choose and concept files you import are processed in your browser. They are not uploaded to Everdream by this website. Logos remain available in the current page session. A concept export includes a logo only when you choose that option.

Contact details entered in the brief form remain in page memory and are not saved to the design store. If you download or print a summary, that copy contains the details you entered. Exported images can contain your branding and messages. You control where those files go.

Saved designs remain until you clear them, clear this website’s browser data, or your browser removes them. Reloading or closing the page clears its temporary form and logo state; your browser may separately offer autofill. Anyone with access to your browser profile or downloaded files may be able to see them.

Website visits and cookies

Serving a page requires the hosting and delivery services to receive technical information such as your IP address, requested URL, browser information, and request time. Those services may keep operational and security logs to deliver the site, investigate errors, and prevent abuse. Local design and brief fields are not deliberately included in those requests by our application.

We do not use advertising pixels, behavioral analytics, third-party font services, or application cookies. Local storage is used to remember designs; it is not used for cross-site advertising. Hosting services may use security mechanisms needed to serve and protect the site.

We do not track you across third-party websites, sell personal information, or share it for targeted advertising through this website. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals do not change this behavior because those tracking activities are not enabled.

If you contact us

An email link opens your own email app. Nothing is sent until you send the message there. We receive the address, message, and attachments you choose to send and use them to respond, discuss your project, and maintain relevant correspondence.

Our email and hosting providers process information to deliver their services. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect legal rights or security, or to advisers helping with those matters. We do not automatically add an inquiry to a marketing mailing list. Do not send payment card information, passwords, or lists of recipient home addresses in an initial inquiry.

We retain correspondence while it is needed to respond to your inquiry, maintain relevant business records, or meet legal obligations. Retention of operational logs depends on the hosting service and its configuration. Records may be processed in the United States or other locations where our service providers operate.

Your choices and requests

You can edit saved design information in the customizer or remove it below. We cannot retrieve or erase copies stored only on your device. You can also remove downloaded files yourself and manage this site’s storage through your browser settings.

For information you have sent us, contact us to request access, correction, or deletion. Depending on applicable law, you may also have rights to obtain a copy, object to or restrict processing, or appeal a decision about a request. Tell us what you need without sending unnecessary sensitive information. We may need to verify the request; some records may need to be retained for legal reasons. If you disagree with our response, reply with “Privacy appeal” so we can review it.

Children and security

This business gifting website is intended for adults acting for themselves or an organization, not for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has sent us personal information.

No website, email service, or device can be guaranteed completely secure. Keep your browser current, use a trusted device, and share only information needed for your inquiry.
