A CONSIDERED EXPERIENCE

Accessibility.

We want people to be able to explore our gifts, understand the options, and contact us in a way that works for them.

Our approach

We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as a design and development reference. Accessibility is ongoing work; this statement is not a claim that every experience or assistive technology combination has been independently certified.

Using the site

  • A skip link moves past navigation to the main content.
  • Navigation, buttons, forms, and dialogs are designed for keyboard use with visible focus.
  • Text can be resized with browser zoom, and layouts adapt to smaller screens.
  • Reduced-motion preferences are respected by the interface.
  • Forms use labels and text feedback, and visual previews have descriptions.

Product previews

The customizer’s canvas is a visual mockup. Its description and configuration summary identify selected options, but they cannot communicate every visual detail of a render. You can use the labeled controls and written product information without relying on the image.

Colors on screen are approximate. If you need help understanding a finish, comparing options, or reviewing your design, contact us for a text-based discussion.

Tell us what would help

Please use our contact page to report a barrier or request information in another format. Include the page, the task you were trying to complete, and any browser or assistive technology details you are comfortable sharing. You do not need to disclose a disability or medical information. We will review the issue and discuss an alternative way to help.
